HOW IT WORKS: Choose your cap colour & choose your embroidery colour to create the perfect customised cap.

Please note: Due to a prominent seam in the center of the hat's crown, there might be slight discrepancies in stitches embroidered over the seam.

PERSONALISATION

Your chosen slogan can be embroidered over 2 to 3 lines and approx 8cm wide max. The sizing will depend on the amount of text entered.

Font - Choose from our font list shown in the images above!

Layout - You can choose to have your slogan curved or straight, just leave a note at the checkout!

Extra Text - There is also the option to have additional personalisation on the back of the cap. This is limited to approx 8 letters!

T-shirts, please allow us 14 business days.

Sweatshirts: Standard colours (Black, Navy, Grey) take 5-7 business days to be produced.

Coloured Sweatshirts (pastels) take 5-10 business days to be produced.

Caps take 7-10 business days to be produced.

Expect your order to be delivered within an additional 2-5 business days.

Returns & Refunds

Refunds:
Regrettably, we do not issue refunds for items. However, if you receive a defective product, we're here to make it right.

Exchanges and Credit Notes:
In the event of a defective item, we're happy to exchange it for you. Additionally, we'll issue a credit note for the value of the item, redeemable on your next Radiant Stitch purchase.

Return Process:

Defective Items: If you receive a defective product, contact us at support@radiantstitch.com within 7 days of receiving your order. Provide details and, if possible, attach photos of the defect.
Credit Note Issuance: Once we confirm the defect, we'll process a credit note for the value of the item.
Exchange: If you'd like an exchange, please specify the replacement item you desire. We'll ensure it's sent out promptly.

Return Shipping:
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer unless the goods are damaged or defective. For damaged or defective items, we'll provide you with a prepaid shipping label.

Care Instructions

Machine washable up to 30 degrees celsius, please do not use chlorine-based bleach, cool iron only, do not dry clean. Cover embroidery with cloth when ironing over design to prevent damage.
