ONLINE STORE PAYMENT
We accept payment via PayFast, providing a seamless checkout experience with Visa or Mastercard credit cards. South African customers with accounts at ABSA, FNB, Nedbank, or Standard Bank can also opt for EFT payments via PayFast. For further details about PayFast, feel free to reach out to us.
REFUND POLICY
Unfortunately, we do not offer refunds for any of our customised clothes. However, we do accept exchanges if the customer is willing to pay for the shipping fees. In the unlikely event that any of our items should contain a manufacturing fault*, we will replace the product and cover all shipping costs.
RETURN AND EXCHANGE POLICY
If you receive a product that doesn't meet your expectations, contact us to arrange the return within 7 days of receipt. Ship the goods via registered mail. Upon receiving and confirming the item's saleable condition, we'll issue a credit note. Please note, shipping costs for returns are non-refundable.
OUT OF STOCK ITEMS
If an item is out of stock, get in touch, and we'll do our best to process your order promptly, depending on material availability and our manufacturing schedule.
