Minimums & Orders
What is your minimum order quantity?
Do you offer tiered pricing for bulk orders?
Yes. The larger your order, the better your unit price. We provide clear, tiered pricing based on quantity and complexity.
Can I mix sizes within a bulk order?
Absolutely. Sizes can be mixed within the same design and colourway.
Can I mix different garment colours in one order?
Yes, provided the embroidery design remains consistent.
Do you offer sample runs before full production?
Yes. We can produce a pre-production sample for approval before bulk manufacturing begins.
Can we order a single sample before placing a bulk order?
Yes. Sample units are charged at a base price. Setup fees may apply.
Customisation & Design
What customisation options do you offer?
We specialise in premium embroidery across caps, sweaters, tees, jackets and more. We also offer custom DTF vinyl printing and Silkscreen printing.
For headwear we can add custom badges, 3D embroidery, flat embroidery and DTF prints. MOQs apply to certain branding options.
Can you help us refine our logo for embroidery?
Yes. We review all artwork to ensure it translates beautifully into stitch format.
Can you embroider on garments we supply?
In some cases, yes. Garments must be approved before production. We cannot accept liability for damage to client-supplied items.
What areas of the garment can be embroidered?
Front chest, sleeve, back, caps, side panels and custom placements depending on garment structure.
Can you match our brand colours exactly?
We match thread colours as closely as possible using professional thread charts.

What garments do you use for corporate orders?
We source premium quality garments suitable for embroidery and long-term wear.
What ready-to-wear garments do you offer?
We offer a curated range of premium ready-to-wear garments including T-shirts, sweaters, headwear, golf shirts, hoodies and baby grows. If you’re looking for something specific, we can source the garment and brand it to your requirements.
How durable is your embroidery?
Our embroidery is professionally stitched for long-lasting durability when washed according to care instructions.
Do you offer white-label production?
Yes. White-label production is available for select clients. Please get in touch to discuss options.
Production & Timelines
What is your production lead time?
Standard production is 10–15 working days from final approval and payment. Timelines may vary during peak seasons.
Do you offer rush orders?
Rush production may be possible depending on capacity. Additional fees may apply.
When does production officially begin?
Production begins once artwork is approved and the required deposit or payment is received.
Can we split deliveries across branches or stores?
Yes. We can arrange split deliveries. Additional courier fees may apply.
What happens if we need to adjust quantities mid-production?
Once production has begun, changes are limited. We will always try to accommodate reasonable adjustments where possible.
Pricing & Payment
How is bulk pricing calculated?
Pricing is based on garment type, quantity, stitch count, branding complexity and packaging requirements.
Do you require a deposit before production?
Yes. We require payment in full to start production unless a negotiated deposit is agreed on.
Are artwork digitising fees included?
Digitising fees may apply depending on artwork complexity. This is a once-off setup cost.
Are there setup fees?
There may be setup fees for new designs or specialty embroidery techniques.
